Description
The TOKYO KEIKI TO-8 type voltage controlled oscillators are lined up for products in the frequency band between 1 GHz and 8 GHz. These have broader oscillating frequency band than one octave, and the output power characteristic is very flat.These are most suitab1e for making a system compact and light because of TO-8 package.
