Temperature Compensated Amplifiers

Features

  • Temperature range to guarantee characteristics -54 °C ~ +95 °C
  • Small gain variation to working temperature range
  • Possible to supply products for any band between 2~18 GHz
  • Custom-made

Description

The TOKYO KEIKI temperature compensated amplifiers incorporate an integrated sensor and a variable attenuator to compensate automatically the gain variation caused by the wide temperature range from -54 °C ~+95 °C.
TOKYO KEIKI will produce the device complying with customer's demands for the frequency band, gain noise figure, output power, size and shape, etc.
