Description

The TOKYO KEIKI SMD type voltage controlled oscillators are lined up for products in the frequency band between 1 GHz and 8 GHz. These have broader oscillating frequency band than one octave, and the output power characteristic is very flat. These are most suitable for making a system compact and light and for surface mounting because of SMD package.
TOKYO KEIKI will produce the device complying with customer's demands for the oscillating frequency band, etc.
