(Operating Temperature and Screening Test)
Requirement of devices for operating temperature varies according to the application, operating condition , etc.
TOKYO KEIKI provides the following three grades of devices based on the operating temperature conditions to meet customer's needs.
For delivering more reliable products, TOKIMEC conducts the temperature cycle test and the burn-in test for each grade.
ln this manner, TOKIMEC microwave devices have been shipped after rigorous quality assurance test, and furhermore the screening that conforming to MIL-STD-883C shown in the table below can be added by designating the grade "S", with which higher reliability can be assured.
