The Print-CAP Web Inspection System offers a familiar and easy-to-use Windows format operating system and a simple user interface operational screen.

A 640X480 screen appears when each screen is clicked.

Basic display screen (color display)

This is the standard screen which appears during the inspection process. The screen provides a color display of the overall image of the web being inspected, a defect detection history, and defect detection image.

Magnification display screen (color display)

This screen displays an enlarged image of the defect area and is accessed from the basic inspection screen simply with the press of a button.
This screen provides clear images of small defects.

This display indicates the location of the defect in the defect image. Click the color defect image and the display will switch from the defect image to the configuration display.This screen enables the operator to easily determine where the defect is. This screen can be accessed from either the basic display screen or the magnification display screen.
